The process was seamless with my car booked in within the same week as the issue arising, and although the issue persisted after the initial repair, BMW Tayside were quick in rebooking the car back in the same day to do further checks on the issues.

A 90 day safety check was carried out, and washed and cleaned in side what's not to like. Warranty work was also done .

My car went in for a MOT and oil change. As part of the process, it appeared my car required new tyres. Unfortunately I was not able to get the tyres replaced that day and had to be without my car for one more day. My car was to be washed it wasnt

Fast and efficient response. Needed work done in response to warning message. Booked, diagnosed and fixed in a matter of days. Excellent service. The Service Advisor Lauren Simpson was excellent throughout. Very clear and timely communications.
