Received prompt, courteous attention from all, from first contact to handover. Every effort made to ensure I received the exact spec of Mini I wanted, at earliest possible date. All promised dates were met. Handover was well designed and delivered.

I was left without a car for 2 full days I was offered a courtesy car from 4:30pm till first thing the next morning which was pointless as I need the car throughout the day to get to and from work
