Everyone at the store was very friendly and welcoming. David answered all my questions and talked me through the controls in my new car. The hand over of my old mini was also a seamless process.

Brian was excellent but completely hamstrung by the Mini Group process which was awful. I left the garage on buying the car without an ounce of paperwork, credit check, delivery date of the vehicle even clarity that the vehicle in stock was available

Everything went as arranged. Issues found on the car as a result of the health check were discussed. Would have given 5 stars were it not for the cost for new tyres. The two Michelins required would have been £120 more expensive for exact same tyres.

Lovely staff, really helpful on the phone and when picking the car up. Wasn't sure how to use the key drop off- as no one helped me (the service centre was closed but the sales still open) despite there being staff on the sales floor.

It was completely hassle free. From the young woman who checked me in and was quick, polite and professional, to all the parts being available, to a call when the work was done. The pick up was just, same woman, same excellent service.

We where very pleased with the service that we received from the moment that we bought the car to your premises, the person that delt with us was very nice. I was pleased that when a fault was found we where notifed and it was corrected.
