Lauren who dealt with me on arrival was friendly and efficient as always. She arranged for me to collect my car as early as possible as my Mum was in hospital and I needed to visit her. The staff were helpful and accommodating

I only noticed yesterday due to light conditions, a scratch to the fns wheel alloy. I also had to wait an additional day for a mot tyre replacement despite the car being in all day from 9am. I was only notified of this when I called prior to 5pm

Brian was excellent but completely hamstrung by the Mini Group process which was awful. I left the garage on buying the car without an ounce of paperwork, credit check, delivery date of the vehicle even clarity that the vehicle in stock was available
