Extremely satisfied with the whole process, everything was extremely streamlined and straightforward. It was a lovely touch the manager also coming over to say 'thank you for our purchase' and to check in.

We had a couple of tiny issues-the dash cam had been taken down and not replaced, the cover for the computer port had been removed and not replaced, we had a follow up call from the garage and reported this and a further call from the Service Manager

Beth was excellent and found the car we wanted. Due to an unforeseen issue with software, there was a delay but we were compensated with a courtesy car, paint protection and £200 to use as we wish. Beth and Alistair couldn't have done more.
